Registered participants; those who have submitted and accepted registration form and entrance fees, can send the necessary information (name, surname, date of birth, citizenship, passport number, the planned period of stay in Russia, date of coming and place of destination) to Green Express. Green Express will provide you with the letters of invitation necessary for visa application.
We also provide you with technical support during the visa application process. Application forms will be sent to a fax number or email address specified by the applicant. Green Express will provide hotel reservations and transportation services for the participants in intermediate cities between departure from your country and arrival in Irkutsk.
